I'm about to pre-order 3 Rocketbook Colors for my kids, but they don't have phones. Multiple profiles on the app would make filing their artwork easier.
My wife would like to be able to have multiple rocket books to use for different clients and jobs.
I don't have kids, but do need to keep work & personal separate. I realize some destinations support linking different accounts to different RB destination symbols, but personally, I would prefer to switch the entire app profile as then you could use all 8 symbols for each, AND have added security against accidentally sending something to the wrong account.
I bought Rocketbook for business use, and immediately bought additional books and cloud cards for personal use.As I push all personal stuff to Evernote, I really want to use the 7 destinations differently between personal and business use. This could be achieved in a couple of different ways. The simple way is having different profiles, and allowing the user to toggle between Work, Personal, Church, School, whatever. Assuming like me they have personal Rocketbooks and business Rocketbooks, this works fine you just scan from the appropriate profile.Another way to achieve this might be to either have a ## type marker for Profile, and/or (later) a physical icon on the page which toggles between say 2 or 3 profiles in the same way the destination icons work. So %%ProfileName%% or similar might allow you to toggle the profile. If you DO implement profiles, it would be helpful to be able to transfer a scan from one profile to another in case of error.
I also would like to be able to keep business and personal separate, while having seven categories for work.
Similar situation. Working and going to school using Orbit pages for school and fusion for work. Also using different page packs for different classes and would be useful to have those separate as well. Cannot log out of application to have multiple accounts because it erases all sending locations.
In the same situation, Using a Fusion for both school and work, and need different destinations for both, would be great to be able to switch accounts either in settings or swiping on the account avatar in the side drawer.
This would also be useful to set a different kind of destinations depending on where it is used, i.e. for work/school/other when having different rocketbooks .
This would be amazing! I got my first Rocketbook so my boss, assistant, and I could have a different method of communicating without wasting so much paper and for historical information we utilize the most often. I really want one for my bullet journal now, but I love having everything separated into the correct google drive folder for work automatically
I would also like to have separate accounts for personal and work so I am not using the same notepads for it, that way I can leave my work notepad at work, and access scanned notes at home if needed
I'm here for the exact thing. I have a panda rocketbook planner set up already and a fusion for work I just got. I was hoping there were profiles I could use but hopefully it'll come soon. Luckily I can steal two icons from my panda planner as I had them set for work anyway. Ideally though, would appreciate work and home mode to use all icons from both.
I've been obsessed with your product for years and not having this feature available is one of its only flaws. I have two separate OneNote accounts - one for work and one for personal. It would be great to have multiple profiles available. It's needed so badly in considering keeping an old phone around just to have a separate profile on that phone to be able to use the app for personal notes. If you condiser this, please make it more than just two profiles. It would really benefit your users and you'd sell more notebooks!
I also use multiple Rocketbooks for different jobs and would love to have the ability to create multiple profiles. I'm currently trying to figure out a workaround and am not happy with any of my options
I loved my rocketbook so much for personal and school use that I purchased one for use in the office. I agree completely! It would be nice to be able to separate the personal from the work profile while still being able to utilize all of the icons.
I have had my Rocketbook for 4 years now and was recently gifted another one as my business has grown. I thought that meant I would have to set up a different account and add the new Rocketbook. I was glad it was as simple as just start writing and scanning, no new install required. But I was disappointed to learn I couldn't add 7 new destinations.
I'm just getting started with Rocketbook (about to make my first purchase). I'm an RN and active in two professional organizations. I, too, would like to have two profiles for the purpose of keeping my personal life segregated from my professional.
Finally starting to use the app more, but really would like to gave a separate profile for business, personal, and other groups. I also work with groups of kids, so it'd be cool to be able to have some sort of teavhet/student setup?
