I'm about to pre-order 3 Rocketbook Colors for my kids, but they don't have phones. Multiple profiles on the app would make filing their artwork easier.

Steven Chen AdminThis would work well for in the case of a professional profile and a home profile. Or even a project or department profile. Can see this being very useful as I switch between roles.
-

LisaThis would also be a really useful way to separate, work, university and home life pages - so that the symbols can be used for different places, depending on the profile used.

NikkiI agree completely! Even if you can only do it based on the QR code in the corner of each book. (I assume those are all different?). If I can choose that I'm scanning for my sin or for me, that would be very useful!!!

Kyle MillerYes, connecting to multiple accounts would be great too. So associating to a work or home onedrive account, or google drive account.
Or even within the app have the ability to create a home and work profile. -

KevinYes!! A thousands times YES!!! Honestly this is an easy app fix. for those with multiple profiles a little box pops up when you hit the new scan button. For those who don't need multiple profiles it would just go straight to the scan screen. Easy to add and doesn't affect the current flow of scanning for anyone who doesn't want this awesome feature

RockyThis is a must for keeping work and personal notes separate. I have OneNote notebooks in my personal Office 365 account, and OneNote notebooks in my work Office 365 account. Really would be nice to send notes to both places.

Jaime LassmanThere are not enough destinations for me. I share folders with those I’m meeting with so they have a copy of our notes. Am constantly having to decide if someone is “symbol worthy.” The ability to have multiple profiles means multiple sets of destinations.

Kristin MulderYes, PLEASE!!! I am in a school where our middle school math teachers are sharing a few iPads in their classrooms so the students can scan their RB pages/assignments. When the teachers pass the iPads to the next classroom, it would be great to allow them to sign into their own RB profile so they could have their own destinations for their own classes. Right now we are sharing one profile for many, many classes and then sorting the scanned assignments later on a computer.

Jess SYes! I have the same issue - my daughter has no device/phone of her own (she's only a toddler) and I bought a Color for her. But I can't really use it because I can't have a separate profile for her on my phone/account. Please do this, developers!

Danielle DrydenI just ordered a 2nd RB but realized the QR codes are the same for each page in the second book. Having more symbols or different QR Codes for a second book would be helpful. I use my RBs for client notes (I'm an attorney). So having to manually sort all the scans later is a pain.

Rebecca SmithI just ordered a second Rocketbook for home and realized I couldn’t have two profiles. I can’t believe such a high tech app and product is so behind the times in basic design. I don’t know anyone who doesn’t have multiple life profiles. Mom, grandma, employee, volunteer, athlete-wannabe, etc. Come on Rocketbook- step up and fix this major design flaw.

Christopher ApplegateThis would be great for teachers in Secondary too! Different periods different files.
-

JillI’m in the same boat, ordered a 2nd book for personal use vs work use and realized I have one set of destinations for both books. Distinct profiles or “books” in the app would be helpful

Holly PowersI bought 5 rocketbooks then found that they only use the one account so I only use two of them, and I don't sync the second (The mini, it is great for shopping lists and todo lists, but I don't need them)

Melanie CooperTHIS is the feature I need for my family! THIS feature would make such a difference for our kids! Please consider this! I bought 3 Rocketbooks and, after finding out they only synch to one account, this is a welcomed sight to see that this is in consideration! Can you imagine the marketing on this for kids? My shelves, drawers and refrigerator are filled with drawings, notes and I am an environmentalist...*sigh* I am a little giddy just thinking about the possibilities. Just sayin'.

Pat FlintI bought 3 Color books for my nephews. They love them but I need a way for their parents to have multiple accounts to make it easier for them to save and send the kids’ masterpieces

Hannah D.I would so appreciate having more than seven possible destinations!! I have 5 classes, each with their own destination folder (so they will be sorted without having to think about it), which leaves only two for other purposes! That's not enough for me. I'd definitely want to be able to choose from another set of destinations if I don't mark an icon at the bottom of the page, that way I can have organization for ALL my notes. :)

Wies KarimiAs a student in high school, I can definitely see the use for this. one profile would be like a math class, one could be a science class, and another could be like a history class etc. it would be nice where if we have multiple notebooks on Evernote, it would see the profile and go hey this page needs to go to this class's notebook

Katherine HambleyI found a workaround for this, for now. Just log out of the app and sign up with another email address. I have one notebook for personal use that I use my home email for and one for work which I use my work email for. It's kind of a pain to log out and in all the time. But at least my notes are more organized now.

Mickael BironYes!!! This is a great Idea!
-

Anne RAnother vote for multiple email addresses with one Rocketbook account. Will use Katherine H's workaround of signing up with 2 email addresses
to separate work from home in the interim. -

Eliz.I gifted the Color to an elementary school teacher for her own toddlers. She was in love with the idea for her young students however the lack of cellphones among kids grades 1-6 was an issue. I also shared the info with other parents of kids who are too young for cellphones. This would solve that problem !!! And add this idea to the Educators page for thieir feedback.

DaviI bought the Rocketbook Mini, already have the regular-sized one, and just assumed that I could use it with the app. Super disappointed that I can't. Unfortunately, I already started using it so I can't return it. =(

EmilyAnother vote for this feature, please. I can use the 2 emails workaround but would much prefer the option of multiple accounts.
-

Joao PalmaSame here. I bought an everlast for me and a Color for my kids. They are 5 and 2 so don't have cell phones, so they would have to use mine, however all 7 options on my everlast are taken. Please either allow several profiles, or having a way to distinguish between books so that a diamond for example on an Everlast wouldn't go to the same folder as a Diamond on a Color.

Raye NarraI have the Executive version. I want to buy the Letter version for my college classes and internships, and I want to buy the Mini one for my creative writing on-the-go. And I want to have a unique destinations profile for each one. Until that feature is available, it's kind of hard for me to consider opening my pocketbook. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

ChristineYes! I bought a second RB to separate the many hats I wear, only to realize I can’t use it within my current profile. I guess I can set up another profile with a different email address, but the app says that when you log out you will lose all destinations and saved scans. Is that true? Please fix all of this!!!
-
10 Jul, '19
Anne VealYes! Adding another vote - this would make everything work so much better. I have my own Rocketbook and am an assistant who got her boss hooked on it too. However, since I help organize her notes, I have to borrow her phone currently to do this as well. Having the ability to have multiple profiles would make my life much simpler. PLEASE!!!
-

HenryYes, please. I just bought a second RB to separate my work from school notes and just thought about the app. I googled hoping that it would be easy to configure them separately in the app and am surprisingly disappointed that I can't.

DesireeWe were given Rocketbooks for a project group and I already use my current book extensively with no open destinations for work. I can't set up a separate email profile because they are both for work and I only have one email address for work. I was hoping that each book had an individual QR code, but now I see that is not true. The ability to set up multiple profiles is essential for users with multiple books!
-
01 Aug, '19
ClaireI’m a teacher and we would use this book all the time if you could switch between users for all the reasons listed above.
-

AnaYes, please. I would absolutely invest in more rocketbooks for myself and my husband if this were an option.
-

JulieI really wanted a rocketbook to make life easier, but I need multiple profiles, Personal, Business, Work, Etc... I will either keep shopping around or wait till this is changed to purchase.

AdrienneBought a RB for my 3 kids, thinking this would be awesome for homeschooling. But now I think this was a TERRIBLE purchase, because I cannot have 3 profiles on the app. LAME. I didn’t even think to look into this prior to the purchase because it just seems like an obvious feature. Don’t you want people buying multiple notebooks???
Packaging was tossed with Christmas wrapping, so it looks like I’m stuck with 2 useless notebooks, and have to chose which of my kids gets to be the lucky one. -

Matt+1 for multiple profiles, and each one has a different set of destinations.
Once the user sets up multiple profiles/destination sets, the app could have multiple scan buttons that are color coded for each profile. Optionally, the destinations page for that profile could be shown before scanning to help with remembering what your destinations are for that profile (I have trouble remembering 7, so I'd find the reminder helpful). -
01 Jan, '20
KatrinaYes - yes! I try very hard to keep work and personal separate. For now my workaround will be the different apps that are supported, but I wish I could just switch between profiles when uploading
-

CourtneyBeing able to do this is a must! As others have said, many of us have multiple rocketbooks to separate home, school, work, etc. In the case of school, my classes take up all the destinations, which leaves me no room for the studying I do at home, or anything else for that matter. If we could simply change accounts in the app by clicking an icon, choose the account before sending, or even have the app recognize a naming system (like hashtags or qr codes), that would be great!
-

AmyAnother vote for this!
Yes-- would love to be able to keep my work notes and personal notes separate without having to create 2 accounts and log in & out each time. -
14 Jan, '20
Rodrigoit's a very very very good idea, i work and study and the symbols aren't enough
-
24 Jan, '20
KimberlySame!!! I have several rocketbooks and I need to be able to use more than seven symbols or at least have the ability to use dual symbol labelling for denoting where my notes go. I'm kind of stuck on where to send certain scans at this point. I don't want to have to sign up with separate emails, although that was a great suggestion. I also don't want to have to keep changing destinations to accommodate all my different categories.

Chris S.It would be convenient to have two business profiles and one personal profile, just for myself. I use Sync.com for work, but it is not (yet) supported by Rocketbook. So, as long as I am limited to one profile and don't have cloud service for this, I will need to send everything to one business email address, then forward to myself at another email address as appropriate. Seems like too many steps.
-
11 Feb, '20
Lesa YoungYes, this would be great. My team and I do process improvement and it would be awesome to have multiple profiles.
-
19 Feb, '20
MyssiePlease!! create a way for us to toggle between 2 or more user profiles.
I am not able to utilize my personal and professional notes/needs with the current system.
It seems like this should be a priority. You are creating more and more products (which seem awesome) but none of us can utilize them fully! I am not able to purchase any more until this gets sorted (my employer feels similarly). -

BethanyHow is this not already a feature?? I bought a Flip to use for work and a Panda Planner. These need to have 2 different sets of destinations. Please fix this ASAP.
-

VanessaI use Dropbox and I only have one Dropbox account, but I’d like to have multiple rocketbooks (I.e. 1 for work, 1 for personal journaling and creative projects, and 1 planner book) but clearly I only have 1 app. Various sections, books, or profiles would make this a comprehensive solution!

Miek VenterNearly every mom and teacher and general person I know that use Rocketbook, wish/complain about not being able to use multiple sets of targets - (They called it profiles, that may be misunderstood by developers - "subscription" and "profile" confusion).
But they actually mean multiple sets of target folders i.e. multiple definitions sets of icon destinations, for different persons - users of the phone - children's in classroom, aspects of life (home, work, golf club, etc.).
Corporate manager overseeing multiple projects and teams.
The examples are endless
This critically important suggestion is over two years old now. I can not imagine that it will be that complex to implement. -

RachaelI use the RocketBook Everlast for school and just bought the RocketBook Panda to organize my personal goals and my professional goals. It would be so helpful if I could join my work profile and my personal profile in one app!! We need this!

RobynI am a teacher, and I would love to have a notebook exclusively for teaching and one for personal use as a student. I can see this also being extremely valuable for middle and high school teachers who may want to use each scan mark for a different class they teach.
