Rocketbook could collect a users' notes, and, over time, learn how that user writes, and tunes a personalized version of the OCR for the user, which gets more and more accurate as the person uses Rocketbook

Looks like someone beat me to this idea. It would be cool to have the app on my phone "learn" my specific handwriting style and how I do cursive to really tailor the experience and reduce perceived transcribing errors.
