Address book template or smart tags

I have a bunch of scraps of paper with random addresses, email addresses and phone numbers. I'd like a way to consolidate these and export them as a new contact to Google contacts (or other cloud based address book). A page template for this would really help, maybe use predefined smart tags for each field. Or even a new rocket address book product.

A similar idea would be to have a password tracker page layout.

The address book would be a good product going forward.
Being able to load one or more pages and share them with specific people would make this outstanding.
