Pages for healthcare workers and students (H&P templates)
I would love if I could have a Rocketbook or even just a page or two that is an H&P style template already printed on the page to be able to just write in the answers to my patients questions without having to waste paper. It would be nice to not have to buy new template notebooks. I love using my Rocketbook for taking notes and seeing patients but it is hard without having something to fill out already in my Rocketbook. I have attached an example of an H&P template in the smaller notebook (so the page is 2 sided).

ShannonElaine MergedMost healthcare professionals are required to enter progress notes for patients. I personally use SOAP note format in the mental health field. This would be amazing to be able to use these. They’d be even better if rocketbook was able to accommodate digital info being HIPAA compliant and to have a BAA to offer healthcare individuals and organizations.

KaristaA similar idea is a floor nurse “brain”; a sheet to fill in shift-specific info for 3-8 patients (when meds are due, etc), and a flip side with SBAR cheat sheet for handoff reports.
The reason it would be good as a rocketbook sheet is for the erasable/reusable design because as someone mentioned above, HIGH risk for HIPPA violation if it's actually scanned (wrong destination etc). A work around would be to order a set of filler sheets, draw out the permanent part of the “brain” in regular ink and then just fill it in with erasable….but it would be nice to have the permanent part pre-printed if possible 😊
