Action Item Creation with OCR Markdown

A notation, symbol or convention to use in notebooks that, when scanned, would remind you to create an action item in whatever action tracking system you use. Easy example would be to convert to an evernote to-do or add to a to-do app ONLY the items that have the special notation. I think this would work similar to smart titles.
!!Schedule brainstorming session with team!! could fire an action in the rocketbook app to create a reminder or calendar entry. This seems like a more general approach that would drastically increase productivity!

This is the single biggest thing I need from Rocketbook. I use the Mini as a Capture Tool (GTD) and being able to scan a page of To-Do's and populate them into Evernote automatically as individual notes or tasks would be so awesome.

I think the functionality is already there with Smart Lists. We just need a way to pass that information on to a Task Manager like Evernote or OneNote.
