Daily Timeboxing Time Planner with To Do list

A daily sheet that has the times of the day from 5am to 11pm broken into half hour chunks, with a section for todo items and/or notes. I'll add an image of the one I'm using, but I'd actually prefer more space for to do items as mine get longer than that short space.

This is exactly what I was looking for, thank you for suggesting it and adding a picture. The half-hour list from 7am to 10pm would be great, and the note/to do column going the full length of the page also. I would like the executive size.
