Expand OCR Transcription to More Destinations

I am loving the ability to have the OCR move things to email. I wish they were ways to select what format ID word for google docs to send the OCR rather than just email. I have enough going on in my inbox that sending myself an email and cutting and pasting it and reformatting is not helpful
