Send OCR Transcribed Text without PDF or JPG File Attached

Provide the optional ability to only send OCR text. This would alot more useful if you give us the ability to create carriage returns, use bold, italic, etc.

My use case is, I want OCR in separate destination from my scan archive. Mind you, if OCR could go in all destinations, that would work, too.
