healthcare shift change report sheets

I use my rocket book fusion and note pad often and was thinking of a great idea. When coming on shift there are countless things nurses, therapists, and CNAs have to get report on for their patients. This would be a great option as it could be a template that is reusable each shift. A lot of our staff created their own word docs and print new ones each shift which is in efficient and wasteful. Would love to have these for a gift for nurses week!!
