OCR Multi-level Indented Bulleted notes

For writing notes, I usually use multiple levels of indents to differentiate topics and sub-topics. Would be nice to have that information available after OCR transcription instead of all lines being at the same indent level.

This would be hugely useful. Potentially could be done using a specific character to indicate different indent levels, similar to the smart headings method?
