Allow marking just first page destinations for multi-page scans

Right now, if you have multi-page scans, you have to mark the same destination icons on each page in order for it to actually do anything with that info. If I do a three-page scan, and only mark the first page icons, I'd like it to use that destination for the scan.

I'm not talking about cases where I scan multiple pages with their own titles. Those should still be treated independently, and I like that I can scan in a bunch of pages, and it creates a new file each time I use the title field. That's perfect. But it seems odd to me that it ignores my icon marks entirely if I don't mark every page in a scan when it only has a title on the first page.
