Convert text to Trello actions with OCR

During meetings I take notes and I capture actions. The Rocketbook app works great to get my notes to Evernote, and I can search them. I have a suggestion to distill the actions from a page of notes and get these exported to (for instance) Trello:

Use case:
- Trello is set up as a destination
- The Trello export is selected at the bottom of the page
- Each line starting with a pre-defined symbol (for example *) is an action
- Each action is transcribed to a separate Trello card, on a pre-defined Trello Board & List

If we can get this implemented, we have a great way to get ONLY the actions from a full page of notes to Trello without having to type them.

For those interested - this is my current work-around:
- I keep one page for actions only
- at the end of the day, I scan this page and email it to myself including transcription
- The I copy the transcribed notes to Trello
- Trello asks me if this should be one card, or separate cards.
