Add Screen Rotation and Orientation Lock for SnapCasts

I'm really enjoying the ability to cast using the Beacons, but having a small challenge. My cast is upside down, and it'd be great to have a way to force/set a particular rotation, either from the mobile app or the webcast page.

My use case is that I have a whiteboard flat on my desk, with my cell phone above it pointed down. So the phone's orientation isn't necessarily accurate based on the accelerometer.
