OCR recognize Swedish letters Å Ä Ö

When I use the OCR and write Å, Ä Ö, the translation became different, when I write Veckomöte V18, the translation is VeckomÃte V18.

Basically all languages have special Letters. In the alone EU there are 24 official languages. And all of them special letters some more others have less.

Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish and Swedish
